Therapy for teens and adults who want to understand themselves—and do something differently.

At Cognitive and Behavioral Care Center, we believe that understanding a problem is an important first step. Lasting change often requires something more: a willingness to question familiar patterns, try new approaches, and practice doing things differently.

Our work is grounded in evidence-based cognitive and behavioral therapies, including CBT and DBT. Treatment is collaborative, purposeful, and tailored to the person in front of us. We work together to identify what is keeping a problem going, develop practical strategies, and translate what you learn in sessions into meaningful changes in everyday life.

Therapy is a process we do together.

We bring clinical expertise, curiosity, and a commitment to helping you make progress. We ask clients to bring a willingness to participate, reflect honestly, experiment with new skills, and practice between sessions. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin—but meaningful change asks something of you.

Our goal isn't simply to help you feel better in the moment. It's to help you build the understanding and skills to navigate challenges more effectively, both now and in the future.

Research. Understanding. Change.
